Cookies and Cream
Serves: 2
What you will need:
• 5½ tbsp flour
• 4 tbsp sugar
• ⅛ tsp baking powder
• 1 egg
• 3 tbsp milk
• 3 tbsp oil
• 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
• 2 (or more!) oreos
• Ice cream of your choice (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a large mug, combine all dry ingredients. Mix dry ingredients together before mixing in all of the wet ingredients. Mix with a fork until smooth.
2. Gently fold in your crushed oreos (the more oreos, the better!)
3. Divide the batter into two mugs
4. Microwave for 50 seconds then check the middle of cake with a toothpick: if you pull it out and nothing sticks to it, it’s fully baked . If it is still raw, microwave at 10 second intervals until it is cooked. Be careful not to overcook, otherwise the cake becomes rubbery!
5. Top it with ice cream and enjoy the mug cake immediately
