Upon having the coldest weather out of all of "Fashion Month", the key to surviving last February's New York Fashion Week could only be described by one word: layering. It wasn't because the attendees wanted to but because they had to- and among the hustle and bustle of the Big Apple, these girls stood out and dominated the streets in every way possible.
